Step 1: Download Files (5 Rars)
Step 2: Extract the Rar files and you will get a folder called rzr-sim3 with 50+ smaller files 
Step 3: Open rzr-sim3.001 with WinRar (Don’t Use HJSplit or whatever!). You will see the ISO file inside. Extract it.

After extraction copy all in Downloads folder(My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads) and install them with sims3 launcher
